Seth and his family went out on their boat out on the Susquehanna Flats a few weeks back. His uncle and he both limited out within 90 minutes. It was such a great day he submitted his secrets to the Maryland DNR Chesapeake fishing report, and while they didn't post his picture they published his tips on where and when to catch the beautiful stripers.
